SHIPPING   

~ All US shipping addresses are charged a $5.00 flat rate fee.

~ All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.

~ 2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time. 

~ 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time. 

~ We are closed Sundays and Mondays and start processing weekend orders on Tuesday in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

RETURNS

We hope your shopping experience at 7th & Flower has been the most enjoyable from start to finish! We hope you love everything you purchased but understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. No worries! Simply contact us, send us a message on Instagram, Facebook, or email us at 7thandflowerboutique@gmail.com.

All items must be shipped to 7th & Flower Boutique and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. Ship the item back to our address:

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • All Eyewear & Hair Accessories

  • All Jewelry & Accessories 

  • All items listed in the SALE category are FINAL SALE.

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT.

Store credits are eligible on non final sale items when postmarked within 14 days of being delivered. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. 

Please allow 5-10 days of receiving your return to receive your refund. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your return has been processed. Your store credit/ gift card will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox please check your spam folder.

Please note that factors such as photography equipment or lighting can make colors vary. These situations do NOT qualify as defects.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM MEETS THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR RETURN BEFORE SHIPPING BACK.

EXCHANGES:

Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our store.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

~ Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.

~ All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.

~ Please contact us immediately and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name.
